It happens more with Media Encoder than a straight export from Premiere Pro but happens with both. The computer appears to still be running, fans and lights and all. At first I thought it was a GPU issue and was going to run out and get a new card but then I noticed the light and thought maybe it was my ram that was causing issues so I stopped overclocking the ram it's now running at it's base speed of even though it is rated at that seemed like it helped for about a day, but now the issue is back.
I have the latest bios installed, and all my drivers are up to date. So I just don't know.

Is your CPU overheating? Have you tried reseating the DIMMs? Can you test the system with different DDR4? Last edited by Korth; at AM. Have you found a solution? Hi, I am also facing this issue. I even went as far as returning the MoBo for another one, believing something was awry with the old one Anyone has gotten around to fixing this crap?

So would to know if this is maybes a motherboard, graphics or driver related issue. I googled the board with the white light issue can't find nothing about it. I got the last yeat after i RMA my ti. PSU i have had for years now, sound card about a year old.

Red light on ASUS Motherboard
Thanks for that information. I have the manual in front of me which i got with the motherboard. The problem is not when booting everything seems to boot fine. The post will light up the following cpu reddram yellowvga white and boot yellow green in that order. The white led for the vga comes on randomly while i'm using the pc, random to the point i don't know what's causing it.
Hey man, I know it's been almost a year over but I'm having the exact same issue right now. How did you solve the problem?
Did you return the board or something? Much thanks. The Crunchinator. Welcome to the Forum. I even replaced the motherboard with the same brand and it still shows up. It makes me think it's a firmware issue or video card. Not really sure. I should have reformatted but I have no clue what to do. I am just baffled. It usually goes away if I restart the PC.
I never have issues with boot startup before for years and this is the first motherboard that would usually cause this. I am getting sick of it! I was told to update motherboard bios but I see no need if there is no issue with a bios update.C support.
ASUS Prime Z Series motherboards provide the solid foundation needed for your first build, plus loads of scope to grow with your ambitions. One click takes care of complex tuning, dynamically optimizing essential aspects of the system to provide overclocking and cooling profiles that are tailored for your rig.
An automated tuning utility that optimizes overclocking and cooling profiles for your unique system configuration. Fans stay whisper-quiet with everyday computing, and deliver optimal airflow when the system is crunching through CPU or GPU-intensive tasks. Stress test function helps optimize and overclock for CPU- or memory-centric workloads. The TurboV Processing Unit TPU is the intelligence behind our automated system-tuning utility, offering the ability to fine-tune voltages, monitor system stats, and adjust overclock parameters for optimal performance.
Whether you're cooling with air or water, Auto-Tuning mode intelligently configures all parameters with a single click. There's also Extreme Quiet mode, which reduces all fan speeds to below the default minimum — keeping your system whisper-quiet when performing light tasks.
ASUS OptiMem preserves memory signal integrity by routing memory traces and vias to the optimal PCB layer, and our T-Topology layout ensures time-aligned signaling by balancing trace lengths between memory slots. These enhancements lead to more headroom for overclocking and improved stability, allowing memory speeds of DDR and beyond with all slots populated. This custom solution works in tandem with the TPU to enhance voltage and BCLK overclocking control, providing the flexibility to extract every ounce of performance from the Intel Core 8th Generation processors.
Each header can be set to monitor and react to three thermal sensors, and via Fan Xpert 4 you can even assign a sensor to monitor the temperature of supported ASUS graphics cards — for optimal cooling during GPU- or CPU-intensive workloads.
A dedicated integrated circuit protects each fan header from over-temperature and over-current. With the Fan Holder and fan in place, VRM temperatures are reduced by up to 25 o C — perfect for your overclocking adventures.

Any suggestions? N, Can you get into the bios at all? Did you set it manually to or to see if it boots? And if you can get into the bios have you gone through the other settings Are you sure its hang'n on the ram led.

Excuse me, I mean no disrespect of your abilities. Use 1 first. I see you tried the jumpers. Sometimes vendors. I registered one, C4E, that they said was already registered. DRAM LED is flashing
I have the asus t 2gb RAM model. Welcome to the forums Gnex. I would suggest doing the following, do no interaction with the Power button, keep the device on AC Charge different port then the one you already tried for hours without any interaction constantly on AC. During the above hours charge cycle, you will see the light turning to consistent orange with the blinking gone when it's on AC power after a while, which means it's on charge and will eventually be white meaning it's charged is full and ready to be used.
Hope it helps, let us know either way. Hello three, I also have this problem. I have a power cyclo for more then one day but stil the led is blinking Orange. Can Anyone help????
Welcome to the forums EvLhave you tried exactly as how my post explains above? Try that as I mentioned and if that doesn't help, then try to use a USB to your desktop or another machine to see if the laptop changes light into charging, if all three of these won't work then I would suggest simply going for a replacement as this is not how it's supposed to be and it should charge at least which basically means the battery is dead however I doubt that to be exact.
Originally Posted by Caster. Good at least it powered onWhat is the color of the blinking? When you connect it during the orange blinking it should be orange constant meaning its on charge. If it's white blinking, there's a hardware problem and most likely you need to take it back for repair, because it should only show the orange blinking at critical percent of battery, not white.

There isn't any beep sound when i turn on my PC. I tried removing Graphic card and putting it back. I don't know how to fix the problem because i don't know what is causing him. Can you please help me? I changed thermal paste on my processor and thats all.
Thermal paste is not the problem cuz i changed it few times to see if red light would stop, i also tried without thermal paste but i still had red light. All fans were working normaly, there isn't any smoke, any smell, everything was cool and clean. I have no idea what to do. Joined Sep 16, Messages 1, 0.
Try without the graphic card. Does it still make the same?
Some components mais be not well sit in like memory sticks. It happened to me on time that I accidently bent a pin on the AMD cpu. It could also be that electro static blew one of memory stick. Oftn people make mistake to remove the components with computer plugged or just after unplugging it. You need to unplug and push on power button to empty all the circuits of the remaining electricty so it wont make a "spark" peak of discharge.
Try another cpu inside and if its workingthen the cpu gotta be replaced. JunkBear said:. Since its my friend computer i can't do anything right now. I am collecting info so i can try tomorrow since its AM here.
I tried with removing memory stick and started PC, i heard beeping, i tried all 4 slots and i still had red light. I will try tomorrow with removed graphic card.Dressed in professional attire, the Prime Z series caters to daily users and content creators with well-rounded specs and features.
